This class is a mix off Kickboxing, hip Hop and Martial Arts movement that will have you sweating in no time! Suitable for students who can do high impact movement. Please bring water, a sweat towel and maybe a mat for floor work. This is a 60 minute class. It will be held in a smaller room down the hall from the main room. Please go straight there and sign in--your class will be marked for you after class.
