This is the perfect quick lunchtime class! It is a no impact class (meaning you can take it without breaking into a profuse sweat! where we focus on classic mat pilates to really stregnthen all the core muscles. After a quick ---as light or intense as you want it to be--mat workout (25-30 minutes) we use the remaining to time to lengthen out and release the muscle tension from the day with some Yoga Refresh. You can come for the full class or just for the Pilates---either way, it's a great way to make use of your lunch break!
