Barre-HIIT is a hybrid of Barre and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises. HIIT
stimulates the cardiovascular system by alternating fast-paced, rigorous bursts of anaerobic
movements with active recovery periods. Interweaved with the stamina and muscle-toning
benefits of Barre work, Barre-HIIT increases the heart rate and burns an abundance of calories
while promoting strength, power, speed, and agility.
